
We know there are delays with the post, we know that it’s frustrating, but there is beggar all we can do about it I’m afraid.
Sadly, we have had loads of parcels go missing, which means we are doubly busy at Hammocky HQ, having to replace these missing orders, and bearing in mind each item is custom made to order, this takes time.
To improve the chances of your order turning up on your, albeit a little delayed, we highly recommend you take us up on the Enhanced Postage that we offer on our website. This means that your order can be tracked and therefore a lot less likely to get lost.
If you stick with our Free Standard Delivery – please be warned – it can take up to 6 weeks to replace items should they go missing, and if you have ordered from one of our limited editions we may not be able to replace it all
Unlike some online retailers*, we are more than happy to replace / refund your item, but as already said this does take some time and whilst we are wrangling with the Royal Fail over your lost order, we would really appreciate your patience
* It seems that some online retailers (Ebay being the worst for it) are refusing refunds/replacements when stuff goes missing in the post – this is very naughty and against the DSR. If you are told this by any retailer you need to point out that under the Distance Selling Regulations they owe you either a refund or a replacement!
