Egg Hunt – Alternative Instructions!

We have had a fantastic response to our Hammocky Egg Hunt! You guys have certainly been making the Easter Bunny earn his carrots this year!

There have, however, been a few problems for those of you without Email Clients installed on your PC so we have included some instructions below so that you don’t have to miss out!

When you locate an Egg, you can email us via web based mail using the following information.

Email: wicket [at] hammockyhammocks.co.uk

Subject: Egg Number One, Egg Number Two, Egg Number Three etc
Please make sure you use words, not numbers otherwise you entry may not be validated (it’s a filter thing!)

Body: Clearly state where you found the Egg, including page and position.
Fill in your name and address so that we can rush your prize off to you if you are the lucky winner.
Don’t forget to use a valid email address!!
Then all you need to do is hit Send!

Warning!

Hotmail, AOL, Yahoo and ac.uk addresses have been known to bounce or Junk our email, so if you have an alternative email address it might be advisable to use it, otherwise keep a careful eye on your Junk Folder or add the above email address to your address book or whitelist.

Hammocky Easter Egg Hunt

If you want to win yourself some gorgeous handmade Hammocky Goodies this Easter, it’s time to blow the cobwebs off your magnifying glass and get searching! The Hammocky Easter Bunny has been busy hiding 10 Easter Eggs all over the Hammocky website and each one represents a prize.

The Rules

1. There are 10 Easter Eggs hidden around the Hammocky Website. The Easter Eggs are numbered 1 – 10 and each one represents a prize. The list of corresponding Prizes is below.

   

2. Some Eggs are well hidden, others are quite obvious.

3. When you have successfully unearthed one of the Easter Eggs, you will need to click on it to enter the Free Prize Draw for that item. Once clicked, an Email window will open, for you to fill in your details and secure your entry into the Prize Draw for that item. If you do not have an Email Client installed on your PC please click here.

4. You can choose to find all the Eggs or just one or two, or even just search for the Egg that represents the prize that you particularly want.

5. Any clues or hints will appear on Twitter throughout the week.

6. If anyone is caught cheating and giving away locations, the Hammocky Easter Bunny will take his Eggs back and redistribute them. This will not make him a happy bunny – you have been warned!

7. The Hammocky Easter Hunt ends on Monday 13^th April at 11:59pm

8. The Draws will be held, winners announced, and prizes sent on Tuesday 14^th April, with the exception of the Personalised Slumber Tunnel.

How to Use A Corner Hammock (or not!)

Have you ever wondered how to use one of our Hammocky Corner Hammocks? Charlie and Jasper have almost got it sussed, although as you will see from the photos below, they haven’t quite learnt the art of sharing yet!

I came across a brilliant Photo Story, posted by Allie, whilst browsing the Guineas Online forum. Allie had recently entered, and won our Hammocky Tweet Treets competition on  Twitter and is now the proud owner of a truly unique Wonky Hammocky Corner Hammock. As you can see from the pigtures below the Piggies love it and don’t seem to have noticed it’s a bit wonky

What’s New?

Not a lot as I’ve not had much time to concentrate on HH over the last few months but our range of WashBags has grown to include some incredibly funky new designs and a new size too.

I’ve also added a small range of Heat Pad Covers to the shop, these are much thicker than other covers that are available and they have been designed to include our unique Nibble Detection System to help you keep an eye on any cheeky chewing.
